Thanks to extensive global warming trends, the Takhini River Valley has become a highly sought after region in the wine world, creating interesting cool climate wines such as this Chablis style Chardonnay. This wine is fresh with high acid and a light profile featuring flavours of lemon, quince, flint and a subtle floral note of white flowers.
